Delete Account & Data

Send an email to the support address shown on the Sudoku Crush VN Google Play listing. Use the subject Delete my Sudoku Crush VN account and include the email address used for your game account. Do not send your password.
What will be deleted
- Your Firebase Authentication account.
- Your user profile stored for Sudoku Crush VN, including the associated Firebase user ID, email/profile fields, and synchronization timestamps.
- Your Sudoku Crush VN cloud-save/game-state data associated with that account.
What may be kept temporarily
- Purchase-verification records may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion when needed for transaction verification, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or accounting. They are then deleted or anonymized.
- Information held independently by third-party providers such as Google may be subject to their own retention and deletion processes.
Processing time
After the request is verified, account and associated cloud-save data will be deleted. Temporary records described above may remain for the stated retention period.
If you only want some data removed
At present, the supported request is account deletion together with the associated Sudoku Crush VN account and cloud-save data. If you have a specific data-removal request without deleting your account, describe it in the email and it will be reviewed.
Important
Never send your password, Google password, payment-card details, or other authentication secrets in a deletion request.
