1. Overview
Sudoku Crush VN is a puzzle game. This policy explains what information may be processed when you use the app, why it is used, and how you can request deletion of your account and associated data.
2. Information we process
- Account information: email address, Firebase user ID, display name, profile photo URL when supplied by the selected sign-in provider, and authentication provider information.
- Game/cloud-save information: your game progress and related save-state data associated with your Firebase user ID, plus timestamps used for synchronization.
- Purchase verification information: information needed to verify in-app purchases, such as product ID, purchase token and transaction/order information. These records are used to validate purchases and prevent duplicate or fraudulent grants.
- Advertising information: when ads are shown, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and its partners may process information such as device identifiers, IP address, app interaction/ad information, diagnostics, and other information described in their own policies. The exact data and personalization depend on device settings, consent, and applicable Google advertising configuration.
3. How we use information
- To create and authenticate your game account.
- To synchronize and restore game progress across supported sessions.
- To verify in-app purchases and prevent duplicate or unauthorized rewards.
- To provide and measure advertising where applicable.
- To maintain security, troubleshoot failures, and operate the service.
4. Service providers
The app uses third-party services including Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Google Sign-In/Google Play Games services, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Google Play Billing, and Firebase Cloud Functions. These providers process information according to the services they provide and their applicable policies.

5. Data security
Data sent between the app and supported Google/Firebase services is transmitted using encrypted network connections such as HTTPS/TLS. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect the information handled by the service.
6. Data retention
Account profile and cloud-save data are kept while your account is active. When a verified account-deletion request is completed, the associated Firebase Authentication account and user/cloud-save records are deleted. Purchase-verification records may be retained for up to 90 days after account deletion when needed for transaction verification, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or accounting, after which they are deleted or anonymized.

8. Children's privacy
Sudoku Crush VN is a general-audience game and is not represented as being directed specifically to children under 13. We do not knowingly request children to provide personal information.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the app, services, or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date above will be revised when material changes are made.
